Had sent a Mailer to a Prospective Client for development of their website, but unluckily they had given the project to be done in WordPress to a freelancer a week before, still we didn’t lose hope & waited for one more week, then one day I got a call from the prospective client saying his website is blocked due to malicious code in the website & told me to take over the same & solve the issue ASAP & also create a good website.
As the Domain normally doesn’t get blocked, which is a wrong understanding, When I looked into the matter, I came to know that the domain was with a very well-known domain/hosting service provider at that time & the hosting was with a normal hosting service provider, who had blocked/blacklisted the domain due to the Malicious code in the WordPress website, we happened to have an account with that hosting service provider, which we were not using, but while trying to solve the issue I had connected to that hosting service provider website & also had a call with one of their business consultant (support team), who was not interested in helping me to solve the issue, then I happened to get his superior’s number & gave him a call & told him about the whole issue & he helped me to solve the issue temporarily, so I could get the data from the old website, after that we shifted the website from old hosting server to our hosting server on Domain Service provider website & within next 15 days made their customized Website Live.

Story
One day a person called me & told me that he had got my number from google, he told me about his issue of Domain retrieval, he was cheated by a Freelancer, I had told him the cost for retrieving the same, but the client was not agreeing for the cost & told me I would go to another Service provider, who is nearby his house, So I told him to proceed, the next day he called me back & told that nobody is ready to help him, the freelancer didn’t hand over the Domain & Hosting Credentials even after paying all the amount & so the client had a fear of losing his domain cos of expiry of the domain. The freelancer being absconding & Client was going to lose the case in supreme court of 5 lakhs, where the website URL was mentioned in the legal document.
My first task was to get hold of the Freelancer by hook or by crook, as to get the Domain transferred to our Domain/Hosting Service Provider account, so I took the freelancers number from the Client & told him that we had Vacancy & I got his number from a LinkedIn & have checked/liked his profile & was a good candidate, but was worried to see that one of the domain he had worked on is not working, WHY? which was mentioned in the profile, “First impression is the last Impression”, Please tell me the reason or we would not take him. He quickly was even ready to transfer the domain in 2-3 mins &also did the same, but to our bad luck the domain was expired long time ago & was not able to renew it, we had to wait for next 3 months as it had gone to Sedo Parking. The most dangerous thing as we didn’t know whether, we would be able to get back the domain or anyone else would buy it & we will have to pay a heavy cost to the broker & the buyer to retrieve the same. We had to keep a close watch every day after 2 months so that nobody else take it. One day when I was out of Mumbai for some religious trip, I had given the same task to my team member which he fulfilled & also due to My Luck & the Clients Luck called me as and when the domain was out of Sedo Parking & we bought it quickly, which saved our clients Rs.5 Lakhs, later we also created his website.

Used client’s readymade website & hosted it on the very well-known domain/hosting service provider’s server & connected both Domain & Hosting through the DNS, after 24-48 hrs after the propagation time, we came to know when we checked the website for testing purpose from Mobile or Laptop using particular Telecommunication Service Provider Network, that the website loading was as shown below:

The main issue was to understand whose mistake was it mainly, so that we can hold them responsible & get the things sorted from them.
I went to the Telecommunication Company Gallery to solve the issue & found out that there was not a single user using their own network, hehe. So I went to a Cable operator

Story
As everyone knows that the company named Net4India being a Domain, Hosting & Email service provider company has been closed & lot of domains got stuck with them, about 3,75,000 of them. Similarly, one of our clients’ Domain was also stuck with them. I came to know about the News very quickly as the website of our client was down, so got a call from the client & it was impossible to communicate with Net4India. I tried sending some person to Net4’s office to find out about the company’s status in Mumbai & even in Delhi, where we came to know that the offices are closed. Then we did some research on Google about the News then came to know about Nixi (National Internet Exchange of India), who helped companies to regain their domain from Net4India, but it was not simple as getting connected with Nixi was also not simple, then after discussion with different clients about the topic, we came to know about one more company who helped people to get the domain from Net4India with the help of Nixi. It was too much of a process to get the domain back & making the website live again, till then managed to have the website on .in domain for temporary.

Story
Had met this client through an agency for a different project, but later came to know that the client had one more domain & its website & Email was not working. So I was been introduced to their previous vendor-web developer for solving their domain problem & luckily the other vendor-web developer added me in a WhatsApp group with their team, where I came to know that one of the Team member was playing with the DNS zone file.
It normally takes 24-48 hrs of propagation time & this team took more than 1 week for the same also the client had all the things scattered which was also not solved.
I also tried calling the DSP for more than 6-8 times but in vain, So I had to visit the clients place & get the required numbers of the DSP from their old mails or printouts & try calling them & get the real numbers of the DSP who could provide support.
At last we got the right number & got connected to the DSP & then we came to know that the DSP had updated their system/backend & so the previously given system was not working & now we had to work on the New System.
After working on the new system we were able to do lot of things, so the first thing we did was to get this domain transferred to best DSP with Good 24x7 support.

A Content writer once gave us a website project, wherein he was handling their Cpanel Emails & as a normal website designer does, I tried to get the Domain transferred to Our Domain Service Provider Account, but when I did this their Emails Stopped Working & We even did all the DNS changes, even then their Email were not working & was taking lot of time for the propagation, So I had a discussion with the Content writer & once again transferred back the domain to his account, which helped to start the Emails quickly.
This in turn gained Trust & the Content writer gave our reference to a Big Company & even told them to get any project of theirs to be done from us.
Later when we went for the Meeting, we came to know that there were 6 Competitors & even then the project was given to us, cos of our Previous Good Work.

A Client had developed his website in WordPress from a freelancer & one day this Client came to us through an Design agency for development of their Website, but the co-ordination, content writing took time & till then their WordPress website was hacked by a hacker & he disturbed the look & feel of the whole website, Which in turn was solved by us. This went on for 5 times, Hacker hacked it, we solved it for Free.
